Leaders from corporations, NGOs, and governmental institutions, meet the country’s Youth, the young people who either study or make their first professional steps. In an innovative setup and framework, Leaders and Youth are discussing the most critical topics and exchange views on the most controversial issues, about the essence of ESG.
This year’s HUMANNERA Stage theme is the “Major Social Dilemmas”. The Youth always challenges the status quo and provokes the decisions of their predecessors. It is in the Leaders’ mission to establish an open communication between generations and promote a collective and synthetic thinking process, in order to create a sound basis for a prosperous future.
What are the main dilemmas in Youth’s mind?
- Do they see the importance of ESG or they believe this is a trend that will expire soon?
- Do corporate Leaders function as role models to an ESG-embracing business community?
- Do political Leaders create a compelling vision for all of us to enhance societies’ focus on sustainability, justice, and self-regulation?

LEADERS MEET YOUTH PANEL
A group of about 6 young people pose questions and discuss with political and corporate leaders on predefined dilemmas, honoring the key rules of mutual respect and focusing on expanding knowledge and approaching solutions. The aim is to find a new manner of effective communication between generations.
