WHO WE ARE

HUMANNERA is a non-profit and non-governmental organization that practically promotes humanitarian values, with the vision to create a Collective World Culture which focuses on Environment preservation, on Humanity protection, and on Leadership enhancement, with the sole aim of improving the quality of people’s lives in the new era. At the core of all activities stands the Youth, the communities of young people who serve both as purpose drivers, as well as cultural catalysts.

HUMANNERA delivers its purpose through increasing Awareness, Active Participation, and Education in all social levels, in perfect alignment to ESG and United Nations Sustainability Goals.

People for a Better World – The HUMANNERIAN tribe of human centric world leaders

HUMANNERA believes that we are all leaders since the beginning of our lives. We are perfect creatures who are designed to live in harmony with nature, animals, and each other. The modern societies we developed are quite different from our natural state, focusing on materialism, ego, and fierce competition. This has a direct impact on the way we live our lives and on the impact we have on others and the planet. An unbalanced and aggressive society harms each one of us directly or indirectly.HUMANNERA proposes and promotes a more balanced, human centric, and sustainable way of life, where us people, exercising authentic self leadership, will be happier, healthier, and embrace our endless human potential.

WHAT WE OFFER

HUMANNERA offers pro-bono education to young people in the fields of Environment, Humanity, and Leadership.

Young people enter the world of HUMANNERA with their own views, opinions, dreams and aspirations, and enhance their knowledge and soft skills, to be earlier equipped with the life skills that promote a humanistic world culture.
For every membership in our NGO, for every educational activation organized for the corporate world, and for every executive participating in the leadership programs, 3 young people enroll in the HUMANNERA Youth Academy.

OUR Programs

This module aims to raise awareness and embrace a holistic approach that prioritizes the well-being of both the planet and its inhabitants. It identifies the interconnectedness of environmental, social, and economic factors, and guides attendants through eco-friendly habits, ethical practices, and social equality. Attendants will become catalysts for positive change, contributing to a world that values environmental stewardship, social justice, and economic responsibility.

Sustainable Practice module equips attendants with a holistic understanding of environmentally conscious decision-making and responsible resource management. Attendants will delve into the principles of sustainability, exploring how individual and collective actions impact ecosystems, climate, and society. They will develop the skills to assess and implement sustainable practices in different contexts, and contribute to a more resilient and environmentally conscious future.

In the Sustainable Humans module, attendants will embark on a transformative journey aimed at raising awareness of global cultural trends and addressing challenges in developing green and sustainable behaviors. The curriculum will emphasize the role of cultural perspectives in shaping attitudes towards eco-friendly practices, equipping attendants with the knowledge and sensitivity needed to promote green behaviors on a global scale.

Participating in a Human Growth Potential module provides attendants with a comprehensive exploration of the various facets that contribute to personal development, motivation, and happiness. The module delves into the realms of positive psychology and resilience, equipping participants with tools to navigate challenges and enhance overall life satisfaction. Attendants will gain practical insights to not only enrich their own lives, but also contribute positively to the well-being of those around them.

Participants will embark on a transformative journey aimed at self-discovery and personal development. They will explore the depths of their inner purpose, identifying core values that serve as the foundation for genuine motivation and life-changing behaviors. They will delve into the process and ethical considerations of leveraging influence to make a positive impact, honing their ethical compass along the way.
